We manufacture models, tooling, and CNC-machined components for the automotive sector, combining long-standing expertise developed in the Turin industrial district with 3- and 5-axis technologies and controlled machining processes. We provide full support from prototyping stages through to pre-series testing.
We deliver high-precision machining for aerospace components and models, using advanced machining centers and qualified processes. We have been collaborating for decades with companies in the sector, ensuring dimensional stability, surface quality, and full traceability.

mt Modelli Today
In 2024, the composites department expanded to six machining centers (one OMV Active Five Linear 4000XL and five CMS Antares PX5). That same year, the pattern-making and tooling department moved to its new 1,800-square-meter facility in Leinì. A manual finishing line with four vacuum booths was also installed.
In 2025, a 110 kWp photovoltaic system is installed at the Settimo Torinese plant. In Leinì, the machine fleet is expanded with the fourth CMS Antares 2628 PX5 high-speed 5-axis milling machine, confirming the ongoing investment in technology and production capacity.

We manage every stage of the process in-house, from modelling to finishing, thanks to our 3- and 5-axis CNC machines, state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software (HyperMILL), high-precision 3D scanning systems (Zeiss), and specialized departments. This gives us direct control over quality and the ability to respond quickly to every customer’s needs.

Here we develop prototypes and tailor-made technical solutions thanks to a fully equipped department of conventional and CNC machines and expertise that includes 2D/3D design, milling of metals and resins, finishing, and manual fitting operations.
